Service Delivery Manager - Int. brewing group

On behalf of a large international brewing group, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager based in Copenhagen operating with a global scope.

The Service Delivery Manager is a stakeholder-facing role that has global accountability for establishing and managing expectations within the department, various IT organisations across the Group and the business towards network service deliveries and drive the delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of networking services to the business. The role involves ensuring that network services are delivered to the highest possible standard with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

The candidate will prioritize and support incidents, problems, and change requests, while also being responsible for ensuring partner deliverables and SLAs at an operational level. Ensuring adherence to all IT and security standards is crucial. Additionally, the role includes stakeholder management at both central and market levels and supporting the delivery of both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities

The candidate will coordinate, monitor and support the service delivery within the networking area enabling the delivery of high-quality service to end users and ensure that service delivery processes are in place to meet the need of the business. To succeed in the role you need to:
